**Updated on Avalon Jade - NAPA Centre Intensive Therapy**

Today I was lucky to be able to visit the beautiful Avalon and her Mum Kristie at the NAPA Centre in Lane Cove, Sydney.

Avalon is currently in a three week intensive therapy program learning and building her skills and muscles to help her on her road to be able to walk one day... (for all those new to my blog you will read all about Avalon and her journey in my Health Awareness page on my website).

Avalon is a beautiful and positive young girl who is always a joy to be around!

I enjoy heading out to the NAPA Centre because it helps me with my skills and my learning to assist Avalon in our Personal Trainer sessions and allows me to be the best support and mentor for her and her road to hopefully being able to walk on day.
