Ok so tomorrow is the 1st May 2018 so I think it is **Challenge Time**

For the next 31 day's here is the Fitness Challenge... Who's in to join me and get a head start on that Winter Body?

*20 x Burpees

*20 x Push Ups

*20 x Jump Squats

*1 Minute of High Knee Running

*1 Minute Plank Hold
