Detoxing and Energy Boosting Foods....

Does your weekly eating plan need an overhaul? Are you lacking energy in your day to day life? I think we all fall into bad habits and bad routines and with the stresses of everyday life it can be hard to stick to a healthy eating plan full of energy boosting nutritious foods... SO.. I stumbled across some good websites with "Detoxing Cleanse Foods and Energy Boosting Foods" that you can add into your daily or weekly meal prep.

From the list the foods that I use are;

*Avocado

*Beets (I regularly get beetroot juices)

*Broccoli (Although I do suffer from IBS so I don't eat a lot of this or onion and garlic, these can be IBS triggers so if you do suffer best to stay away from these)

*Dandelion Root (I have this in a tea)

*Green Tea (I have just started this back up)

*Lemon

*Milk Thistle (I used this in a supplement form, great if you are feeling bloated)

*Kale

*Wheat Grass (I have regular wheat green shots - I actually find them sweet)

*Yoghurt

With day to day life, work, motherhood it is important that you keep your body and health in the best condition that you can.. so in saying that start to incorporate the energy boosting foods and the detoxing foods to your daily food intake and see how you feel!
