Ladies.. It’s time for a workout burn.. so put your workout clothes on, grab a mat or towel and let’s get burning! 🍓Star Jumps x 20 🍓Squat Hold with Punches x 20 🍓Squat Hold with Upper Cuts x 20 🍓Lunges x 20 (on each side) 🍓Jump Squats x 20 🍓Plank Hold Toe Taps x 20 (on each side) 🍓Push Ups x 20 🍓Plank Hold Knee Abs x 20 (on each side) 🍓Leg Raises x 20 (on each side) 🍓Donkey Kicks x 20 (on each side) 🍓Side Clams x 20 (on each side) 🍓Side Leg Raises x 20 (on each side) 🍓Glute Bridge Hold x 20 seconds Rest for 2-3 minutes then repeat 3-4 times!
