Ladies.. it’s time to get our burn on with this weeks Ladies Burn Circuit.. Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and find a ball, dumbbell or drink bottle that you can use for your upper body work and let’s get burning... 🍎50 x High Knees 🍎20 x Squats 🍎20 x Squat Pulses 🍎50 x Butt Kicks 🍎20 x Side Lunge Touch 🍎20 x Side Lunge Touch 🍎20 x Lunge Pulses x 2 sets on each leg 🍎20 x Shoulder Press 🍎20 x Triceps Extension 🍎20 x Biceps Curls 🍎20 x Ball Woodchops (10 each side) 🍎20 x Ab Side Twist 🍎20 x Sit Ups 🍎20 x Scissor Abs 🍎20 x Glute Bridges 🍎20 Second Glute Bridge Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
