🍎20 x Star Jumps 🍎20 x Squats with Side Twist 🍎20 x Squats with Side Twist 🍎20 x Butt Kicks 🍎20 x Single Leg Touches 🍎20 x Single Leg Touches 🍎20 x Squat with Kick 🍎20 x Squat with Kick 🍎10 x Rounds of Side Crabs 🍎10 x Jump Squats 🍎20 x Push Ups 🍎10 x Leg Raises and 10 x Cross Overs 🍎10 x Leg Raises and 10 x Cross Overs 🍎20 x Opposite Arm and Leg Raises 🍎20 x Opposite Arm and Leg Raises 🍎20 x Opposite Arm Toe Touches 🍎20 x Mountain Climbers 🍎20 Second Plank Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
