Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and let’s get burning... 🍎20 x High Knees 🍎20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) 🍎20 x High Knees 🍎20 x Side Lunge Touch (10 each side) 🍎20 x Side Taps 🍎10 x Squats with 2 x Pulses 🍎20 x Side Taps 🍎10 x Squat with 2 x Pulses 🍎20 x Squats 🍎40 x Lunges ( 20 each side) 🍎Squat Hold with 20 x Punches 🍎Squat Hold with 20 x Upper Cuts 🍎Squat Hold with 40 x Side Hits (20 each side) 🍎20 x Bicycle Cycles 🍎20 x Triceps Dips 🍎20 x Leg Raises 🍎20 x Triceps Dips 🍎20 x Side Leg Raises 🍎20 x Frontal Touch Raises 🍎20 x Side Leg Raises 🍎20 x Frontal Touch Raises 🍎20 x Super Mans 🍎10 x Push Ups with Arm Reachers 🍎20 x Leg and Arm Abs 🍎20 x Legs in the air Abs 🍎40 x Opposite Abs (20 each side) 🍎20 Second Ab Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times!
