Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and let’s get burning... 🍎50 x Fast Feet 🍎20 x Squat Reaches 🍎20 x Lunge Pulses 🍎20 x Lunges Pulses 🍎20 x Star Jumps 🍎20 x Side Twist 🍎20 x Side Twist 🍎20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) 🍎20 x Squat Hold Pulses (10 each side) 🍎20 x Knee Ups 🍎20 x Knee Ups 🍎20 x Squat with Front Kicks 🍎20 x Squat with Front Kicks 🍎20 x Push Ups 🍎20 x Knee Abs (10 each Side) 🍎20 x Donkey Kicks (10 each side) 🍎20 x Side Leg Raises (10 each side) 🍎20 x Plank Hold Chest Touches 🍎10 x Glute Bridges 🍎10 x Sit Ups 🍎10 x Glute Bridges 🍎10 x Ab Side Sit Up Twists 🍎10 x Leg Side to Front Raises 🍎10 x Leg Side to Front Raises Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
