Put your gym clothes on, grab your towel and water bottle and let’s get burning... 🍎20 x Side to Side Touches 🍎10 x Half Side Lunges 🍎10 x Full Side Lunges 🍎10 x Half Side Lunges 🍎10 x Full Side Lunges 🍎10 x Jump Squats 🍎10 x Squat Pulses 🍎10 x Jump Squats 🍎10 x Squat Pulses 🍎20 x Alternate Lunges 🍎50 x Butt Kicks 🍎20 x Alternate Lunges 🍎50 x Butt Kicks 🍎20 x Triceps Dips 🍎20 x Triceps Dips with Leg in the Air (10 each side) 🍎20 x Ab Side Twist 🍎20 x Bicycle Crunches 🍎20 x Ab Side Twist 🍎20 x Scissor Abs 🍎10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions 🍎10 Second Hold 🍎10 x Opposite Arm and Leg Extensions 🍎10 Second Hold 🍎10 x Push Ups 🍎10 Second Plank Hold Rest for 2-3 minutes and repeat 3-4 times
