So get your exercise clothes on.. your workout shoes on and your sweat on with this burner... ♥️15 x Step Ups ♥️15 x Step Ups ♥️10 x Push Ups ♥️10 x Triceps Dips ♥️15 x Split Lunges ♥️15 x Split Lunges ♥️20 x Side Abs (10 each side) ♥️10 x Step Ups - Alternate Legs ♥️10 x Jump Squats ♥️10 x Step Ups - Alternate Legs ♥️10 x Jump Squats ♥️20 x Ab Crunches ♥️10 x Glute Bridges ♥️20 x Alternate Side Crunches ♥️10 x Glute Bridges ♥️30 Second Glute Bridge Hold Aim to complete 3-4 rounds of this circuit with a 60 second test in between each round..
