Here is a workout Burner to get your brain ticking and your body burning! ❇️50 x High Knees ❇️15 x Side Lunges ❇️20 x Wide Sumo Squat Pulses ❇️15 x Side Lunges ❇️20 x Star Jumps ❇️20 x Jumps ❇️20 x Wide Sumo Squat Pulses ❇️6 x Back Crabs, w/ 5 x Squats, w/ 1 x big jump (10 rounds) ❇️20 x Wide Sumo Squat Pulses ❇️20 x Triceps Dips ❇️20 x Bicycle Abs ❇️20 x Triceps Dips ❇️20 x Bicycle Abs ❇️20 x Single Leg Glute Bridges (10 each side) ❇️20 x Ab Crunches with Legs in the air ❇️20 x Single Leg Glute Bridges (10 each side) ❇️20 x Ab Crunches with Legs in the air ❇️20 Second Side Plank - on each side Have a 1-2 minute rest between each circuit and aim to repeat the circuit 3-4 times..
