StartFragmentHere is a great workout to do inside if it is a cold or raining day! Grab your workout gear, mat and drink bottle and let’s get your body burning with this whole body workout burn! If you have some dumbbells around the house you can use these if not fill up some drink bottles or grab a bag of rice / flour from the cupboard! ❇️10 x Star Jumps ❇️10 x Squats ❇️20 Second Wall Hold ❇️10 x Star Jumps ❇️10 x Squats ❇️20 Second Wall Hold - 1 Leg on the air (Hold for 10 seconds each leg) ❇️3 Rounds of 10 x Crab Walks with a Jump Squat ❇️10 x Squat Pulses ❇️10 x Biceps Curls ❇️10 x Shoulder Press ❇️10 x Back Flies ❇️10 x Triceps Kick Back ❇️10 x Triceps Kick Back ❇️10 x Back Rows ❇️10 x Frontal Raises ❇️10 x Chest Press ❇️10 x Triceps Extension ❇️20 x Crunches ❇️20 x Glute Bridges ❇️20 x Ab Side Twist Touches ❇️20 x Single Leg Glute Bridges ❇️20 x Single Leg Glute Bridges ❇️20 x Weighted Leg Raises ❇️20 x Leg Pulses ❇️20 x Weighted Leg Raises ❇️20 x Leg Pulses Have a 40-60 Second rest between the circuit and try and compete 3 rounds.. great if you can do this circuit 2-3 times per week!
