🔥20 x Lunge Hold Pulses

🔥10 x Lunge with Back Leg Raises

🔥10 x Lunge with Front Kick

🔥10 x Lunge with Back Leg Raises

🔥10 x Lunge with Front Kick

🔥20 x Punches with Squat Hold

🔥20 x Upper Cuts in Lunge Hold

🔥20 x Upper Cuts in Lunge Hold

🔥20 x Punch / Punch & Squat

🔥20 x Squat Pulses

🔥10 x Push Ups

🔥20 x Ab Side Twist (10 each side)

🔥20 x Opposite Arm & Leg Raises (10 each side)

🔥10 x Triceps Dips

🔥20 x Bicycle Crunches

🔥20 x Ab Side Twist

🔥20 Second Reverse Plank Hold

Rest for 45-60 seconds between each circuit and aim to complete 2–3 rounds of this circuit 1-2 times per week!
