šŸ”„20 x Lunge Hold Pulses

šŸ”„20 x Lunge Hold Pulses

šŸ”„10 x Lunge with Back Leg Raises

šŸ”„10 x Lunge with Front Kick

šŸ”„10 x Lunge with Back Leg Raises

šŸ”„10 x Lunge with Front Kick

šŸ”„20 x Punches with Squat Hold

šŸ”„20 x Upper Cuts in Lunge Hold

šŸ”„20 x Upper Cuts in Lunge Hold

šŸ”„20 x Punch / Punch & Squat

šŸ”„20 x Squat Pulses

šŸ”„10 x Push Ups

šŸ”„20 x Ab Side Twist (10 each side)

šŸ”„20 x Opposite Arm & Leg Raises (10 each side)
