Here are some of my top 8 tips to get you started... 1️⃣ Refresh your Eating Plan - quit the sugar, processed foods, refined carbs and increase your protein, add more greens 🥦🥬🥒 and good carbs 🍠 2️⃣ Watch your Portion Sizes - watch how much you are eating and remember calories in vs calories out 🍽 3️⃣ Drink more water - increase your daily water consumption to help hydrate your body and flush out toxins 💧 4️⃣ Move your Bodies - Try and move your body each day - start with a gentle 20 minute walk a day 🏃🏼‍♀️💪 5️⃣ Plan and Set your Goals - Write them down and share them with the people close to you so you can keep yourself accountable ✍🏻📝 6️⃣ Find Exercise that you enjoy - we all like different forms of exercise so find something that you enjoy and can stick too - 🏃🏼‍♀️💪🚴🏻‍♀️🧗🏻‍♀️🧘‍♀️🏌🏻‍♀️🏊🏻‍♀️🏄🏻‍♀️⛹🏻‍♀️🏋️‍♀️🤸‍♀️ 7️⃣ Plan your Weekly Exercise - add your exercise into your weekly schedule and keep this appointment with yourself! 👩‍💻 8️⃣ Don’t Think just Do - Consistency is the Key! 🔐🔑 - We all think too much about our exercise and sometimes we can talk ourselves out of MOVING OUR BODIES - get your workout clothes out and don’t find excuses.. stay consistent with your exercise and achieving your goals WILL HAPPEN... 💯 Now go MOVE YOUR BODIES... ✅
