📸 20 x Star Jumps
📸 10 x Sumo Squats
📸 20 x High Knees
📸 10 x Jump Squats
📸 10 x Lunge Pulses (each leg)
📸 10 x Back Lunge (each leg)
📸 4 x sets of 5 x side crab walks with 3 x jumps
📸 20 x Leg Raises (10 each leg)
📸 10 x Push Ups with leg raised (5 each leg)
📸 Max Plank Hold
Have a 30-60 second test and then aim to complete the circuit 2-3
times! Get burning and sweat it out!🔥
