Here is a fabulous workout to do at home...
All you need is some small hand weights or something out of the cupboard (water bottle/ flour), a mat or towel and a wall!

📸 15 x Wall Glute Bridges
📸 15 x Biceps Curls with wall hold
📸 15 x Chest Press with wall hold
📸 15 x Triceps Extension with wall hold
📸 20 x Dumbbell Punches with wall hold
📸 15 x Chest Flies with wall hold
📸 10 x Single Leg Glute Bridges (each leg)
📸 15 x Crunches
📸 15 x Dumbbell Back Flies
📸 15 x Downward Dog Extensions
Aim for 2-3 sets of each exercise!!! 🔥🔥🔥
