🔥🔥 Who’s ready for a circuit burner?? 🙋♀️ This is a great workout to do either outside or in.. all you need is a small step or you can you the lounge! 🔥🔥 📸 10 x Step Ups 📸 10 x Toe Taps 📸 10 x Step Ups 📸 10 x Toe Taps 📸 10 x Single Leg Lunges 📸 10 x Single Leg Lunges 📸 20 x Mountain Climbers 📸 20 x Triceps Dips 📸 10 x Push Ups 📸 20 x Ab Twists (10 each leg) 📸 10 x Glute Bridges 📸 10 x Sit Ups Have a 30-60 second rest and then aim to complete the circuit 2-3 times!
