Michelle Riley Fitness -Esp 2 - Athlete Workout

Today’s workout....

Workout;

1️⃣ 1 minute of Fast Arm Running (seated)

2️⃣ 1 minute of Push Up with a clap

3️⃣ 1 minute of Inch Worm to Push Up

4️⃣ 1 minute of Side Crab Walk

5️⃣ 1 minute of Opposite Arm abs Leg Touches (yes I am bad at this one! 😂)

Have a 30-60 second rest and them aim to complete 4-6 sets!
