Michelle Riley Fitness - Indoor Couch Workout

Today is a great day for an indoor workout! šŸ’Ŗ

So here is what I have in store for you all;

Workout:

1ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Side Steps

2ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Lateral Jumps

3ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Toe Taps

4ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Split Leg Lunges (1 minute each leg)

5ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Push Ups (either on knees, toes or decline push ups)

6ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Triceps Dips (either bent knees or straight legs)

7ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Sit Ups

8ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Glute Bridges

9ļøāƒ£ 1 minute of Single Leg Glute Bridges (1 minute each leg)

šŸ”Ÿ 1 minute Plank Hold with Chest Touches

Have a 30 - 60 second rest between each set and the aim is to complete 4-6 sets šŸ‘
