Today is a great day for an indoor workout! šŖ
So here is what I have in store for you all;
Workout:
1ļøā£ 1 minute of Side Steps
2ļøā£ 1 minute of Lateral Jumps
3ļøā£ 1 minute of Toe Taps
4ļøā£ 1 minute of Split Leg Lunges (1 minute each leg)
5ļøā£ 1 minute of Push Ups (either on knees, toes or decline push ups)
6ļøā£ 1 minute of Triceps Dips (either bent knees or straight legs)
7ļøā£ 1 minute of Sit Ups
8ļøā£ 1 minute of Glute Bridges
9ļøā£ 1 minute of Single Leg Glute Bridges (1 minute each leg)
š 1 minute Plank Hold with Chest Touches
Have a 30 - 60 second rest between each set and the aim is to complete 4-6 sets š
