1ļøāƒ£ Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with sourdough toast, sprinkled with corianderšŸ³ - Green Tea šŸµ

2ļøāƒ£ Snack - Handful of Almonds - Strong Almond Latte (no sugar)ā˜•ļø

3ļøāƒ£ Lunch - Chicken & Brown RicešŸš

4ļøāƒ£ Snack - Plain yogurt with Raspberry’s & seeds - Ginger & Lemon Tea šŸ‹

5ļøāƒ£ Dinner - Scotch Fillet Steak with sautĆ©ed vegetables (zucchini, leek, kale, spinach)🄩

6ļøāƒ£ Peppermint tea

I’ve drunk at least 1.5L of water today! 🧊
