Day on a Plate.. How are you going with your healthy eating?

Here is mine from today;

1️⃣ Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with sourdough toast, sprinkled with coriander🍳 - Green Tea 🍵

2️⃣ Snack - Handful of Almonds - Strong Almond Latte (no sugar)☕️

3️⃣ Lunch - Chicken & Brown Rice🍚

4️⃣ Snack - Plain yogurt with Raspberry’s & seeds - Ginger & Lemon Tea 🍋

5️⃣ Dinner - Scotch Fillet Steak with sautéed vegetables (zucchini, leek, kale, spinach)🥩

6️⃣ Peppermint tea

I’ve drunk at least 1.5L of water today! 🧊
