Here is mine from today;
1ļøā£ Breakfast - Scrambled eggs with sourdough toast, sprinkled with corianderš³ - Green Tea šµ
2ļøā£ Snack - Handful of Almonds - Strong Almond Latte (no sugar)āļø
3ļøā£ Lunch - Chicken & Brown Riceš
4ļøā£ Snack - Plain yogurt with Raspberryās & seeds - Ginger & Lemon Tea š
5ļøā£ Dinner - Scotch Fillet Steak with sautĆ©ed vegetables (zucchini, leek, kale, spinach)š„©
6ļøā£ Peppermint tea

Iāve drunk at least 1.5L of water today! š§
