š So here is a little Chest Workout you can do anytime anywhere! š I just worked on reps of 10, but you can do higher reps or put the timer on... ā°

ā”ļø Push Ups with Arm Release
ā”ļø Rotational Push Ups
ā”ļø Narrow Push Ups
ā”ļø Raised Single Arm Pillow Push Ups (each arm)
