💜💜 HERE WE GO LADIES - IT IS CHALLENGE TIME AGAIN! 💜💜
6 Weeks till Summer Challenge...
Runs from Monday 19th October 2020 - Monday 30th November 2020 - let’s get our Summer Ready! 💃
The challenge is $10 💰 and includes the following;
1. Daily Water Intake = 2L 💧 2. Daily Step Count between 10,000 - 13,000 ( so between 8km - 10km per day) 🏃🏼♀️👣 3. Exercise Challenges - will consist of 3 x weekly challenges 💪 • Max Plank Hold • Max Push Ups within 1 minute • Max Burpees within 1 minute 4. Weight Loss - we will all be different with what we will and won’t be able to achieve by the goal will be between 500g - 1kg per week ✍🏻 5. CM’s Tracking - we will be taking measurements of our Belly Buttons & Glutes for weekly tracking! 📝 6. Health Eating Plan - Target will be 80/20 - Monday - Friday - clean eating & Saturday - Sunday you maybe have 1 x treat! 🍏🥬🍋🍓 • No processed foods 🍕🍟🍔 • No added sugar 🍫🍭🍫 • No alcohol (Monday - Friday) 🍹🥂🍷 7. Be Active at least 7 days a week 🏊🏻♀️🏄🏻♀️🧘♀️🏌🏻♀️⛹🏻♀️ 8. Improve Flexibility - we will be doing a Hamstring Sit & Reach Test 🤸♀️ 9. Improve Sleep - aim for 6-8 hours per night 🛌 10. Improve Mental Health, Positive Thoughts, Overall Well-being, Making Healthier Choices, Creating time in your schedule for YOU! 💜💜💜
